【报告摘要】The development of modern biotechnologies has greatly improved scientists'ability to observe real-time single-cell activities. However, due to technological limitations, the experimental readouts can only report the dynamics of a small number of chemical species in a cell, posing significant challenges in identifying intracellular dynamical systems. This talk will present a recently developed advanced method for high-dimensional gene network identification based on single-cell data. The approach utilizes a divide-and-conquer strategy that effectively decomposes the original large-scale problem into several lower-scale ones, resulting in greatly improved efficiency. Several numerical and experimental results will also be presented to illustrate the method's effectiveness. Finally, some future prospects for this research field will be discussed.
