【报告摘要】This talk will provide an overview of Riemann-Hilbert analysis, a powerful mathematical tool with broad applications in fields like integrable systems, random matrix theory, and orthogonal polynomials. After briefly covering the fundamentals, the presentation will focus on its significant recent impact on complex nonlinear phenomena. In particular, we will highlight its decisive use in modeling the dynamics of rogue waves and soliton gas.
