1993年在武汉大学数学系获理学学士，2002年在北京大学数学科学学院获理学博士。中国密码学会常务理事，中国密码学会密码数学理论专业委员会委员，中国数学会计算机数学专业委员会委员，中国电子学会信息论分会委员。《密码学报》编委，《系统科学与数学》编委，《Journal of Systems Science and Complexity》编委。
